Each inspection is unique in scope and cost.  After a thorough discussion of your specific inspection needs and related fees an online agreement will be created using an InterNACHI contract app.  Rose will email you a link to your specific contract for your review and e-signature. Upon receiving the signed contract Rose will schedule your inspection and payment preference.  Contracts may also be signed in person at the time of the inspection.


Payment may be made over the phone with a credit card or in person at the time of the inspection with cash, check or credit card. 


Please note that no inspection or assessment may be performed without a signed contract.
